My journey

Chinese Medicine

In 2014, after spending seven years in a private bank in Geneva, I began my university studies in Chinese medicine in China, at the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Established in 1954, this university is one of the oldest Chinese medicine universities in China and an official Cooperation Center with the World Health Organization.

In June 2019, after5 years of study, in Chinese, I earned my Bachelor of Chinese Medicine. I will have studied more than 2000 hours of Chinese medicine, 1000 hours of Western medicine, and practiced 60 weeks in hospital, full-time.

As an internist in the main hospital of Chinese medicine in Jiangsu province (省中医院 Sheng Zhong Yiyuan), which receives nearly 5 million patients a year, I worked in many departments. My training allows me to practice acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tui-Na massage, cupping and moxibustion.

Sport

For fifteen years, I played basketball at the highest levels and as a professional in Switzerland, playing for the senior national team, while also having experienced US collegiate basketball by the ways of scholarships. Younger, for about ten years, I was a chess player and became Swiss champion and World Championships participant.

Sport has been an exciting journey and a great springboard in my life. It has allowed me to learn a lot about work ethic and quest for excellence, and also the special relationships that unite people that share a common goal. My commitment continues currently as an athletics coach.

Today I find myself as determined and dedicated to grow personally and progress side by side my patients in my medical practice.
